Support will not be provided for any issues related to quality for Personal Plan translations. We recommend the “Business Plan” option for all business documents, official documents and letters of recommendation.
* 90-minute rush translation projects are limited to 200 English words/400 Japanese characters. (Flat Rate: 5,500 yen (including tax))
* The minimum fee for the Personal Plan and Business Plan are 1,100 yen (including tax) and 2,200 yen (including tax), respectively.
* Cloud Translation Service language combinations Offered: Japanese to English/English to Japanese, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), and Korean translations only. Please note that ancillary work (document editing for layout adjustments, audio dictation, etc.) cannot be performed with Cloud Translation Service.
* Please contact us by using the inquiry form for any ancillary services outside of translation, for anything related to invoices, and for requests for translation certificates (sent as a PDF, 1 copy only per project).
