Support will not be provided for any issues related to quality for Personal Plan translations. Transmart recommends the “Business Plan” option for all business documents, official documents and letters of recommendation.
*90-minute rush translation projects are limited to 200 English words/400 Japanese characters. (Flat Rate: 5,500 yen (including tax))
*The minimum fee for the Personal Plan and Business Plan are 1,100 yen (including tax) and 2,200 yen (including tax), respectively.

*Cloud Translation Service language combinations: Japanese to English/English to Japanese, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), and Korean translations only. Please note that ancillary work (document editing for layout adjustments, audio dictation, etc.) cannot be performed with Cloud Translation Service.
*Please contact us by using the inquiry form for any ancillary services outside of translation, for anything related to invoices, and for requests for translation certificates (sent as a PDF, 1 copy only per project).

Usage Flow

By simply uploading a Japanese or English manuscript, customers can complete everything online, from having a written estimate issued for free, to submitting a translation request and requesting a translator, to exchanging messages, to receiving the finished translation and inspecting it.

Services such as registering an account, having a written estimate issued, searching for a translator, placing an order are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, even during holidays.

Those who are new to cloud sourcing or who have limited experience with it can easily submit a request simply by uploading a file and choosing a plan based on our guidance.

The average amount of time required for matching, from the time you submit your request until a professional translator has been selected for it, is about 20 minutes.

Upload the source file that needs to be translated onto the website, or copy and paste the text into our form, and select the language and pricing plan.

Translation

An appropriate translator will be matched up with the translation request based on the pricing plan selected, and the text will be translated. (If the Concierge Plan was selected, a dedicated translator will be assigned to the project.)

Delivery

You will be able to check the finished text that was delivered on the website. You will also be able to ask the translator to make corrections online.
