Can I cancel after I have placed an order?

Orders with the status “Translating work in progress (i.e. the translator has already begun translating)” cannot be cancelled.

But if the order is still waiting for a translator to be assigned to it, you can cancel it by clicking on the “Cancel” button on the Job Orders Page. However, there is a possibility that some translators have already applied for the order that you are planning to cancel. In such cases, in order to maintain a good image in front of the translators, we highly recommend you to send a message to the translators to inform them of the cancellation.
