Please use our Inquiry Form at the bottom of the page and select “Cancellation of Membership Registration” if you want to cancel your membership. We will then deactivate your account. After everything is done, we will inform you via email to let you know that you have successfully cancelled your membership registration.
However, please note that at Transmart, our platform keeps track of past records. Thus, please be aware that even though you have cancelled your member registration with us, your past transactions might still be visible under another member’s Transaction History.
