After the translator has delivered the translation, you can receive it by going to “Job Order Status” under Top Page, and clicking on “Job Order Details” under “Translation Work Complete (please acknowledge)”.
If you didn’t receive any notification even after the delivery date has passed, please contact the translator using the Message Box. If there is no reply from the translator, or if the translator said that he/she has delivered the translation but there is no notification for it, please contact our office immediately.
