Is it ok for translators and clients to exchange personal email address or telephone numbers?

At Transmart, we strictly prohibit the exchange of personal contact information. Please see our Terms of Service for other prohibitions such as “Duplicate Registration”.

Prohibitions
All users of our service are prohibited to do any of the following actions:

(1) To infringe or do anything that might infringe the copyright or trademark rights of intellectual properties belonging to Transmart, other users or any third party.
(2) To divulge personal information such as name, address, telephone number, email address etc to a third party
(3) To register multiple email addresses and/or have duplicate member registrations under the same user.
(4) To help a member whose membership has been revoked register as a member again.
(5) To discriminate, slander or defame the name and/or reputation of other users or third parties.
(6) To edit or delete any accessible information pertaining to Transmart or other people.
(7) To impersonate Transmart or other people (including actions such as editing our email header to falsify information).
(8) To send malicious Computer Programs or act in a way that allows others to receive them.
(9) To send advertising or solicitation emails, or emails that bring about unpleasant feelings without permission; to hinder other people from receiving email messages; to request others to forward chain emails.
(10) To hinder or cause obstruction to the business operation of Transmart or others by accessing the facilities (transmission equipment, computer and other software) without authorization, port scanning or performing DOS attack.
(11) To distribute information, equipment or software that can be used to breach or evade the access control function of our servers.
(12) To steal the Member Registration Information of other users without permission and/or use it for phishing purposes.
(13) To use our website or services for marketing or commercial purposes that has not been acknowledged by our company beforehand.
(14) To use our services to obtain licenses and permits unlawfully and/or do anything that is against the law.
(15) To do anything that will obstruct the operation of our service; to obstruct the exchange or sharing of information between other users and third parties; to do anything that will infringe on the property rights or defame the trust of Transmart and other people.
(16) To hinder our business operation by making unnecessary long telephone calls, sending excessive amount of emails with the same content, or making unfeasible demands.
(17) To do anything that is against the law or our Terms of Service aside from the points listed above; to do anything that goes against public order and morals (promoting or sending messages that incite violence, sending brutal images, displaying cruel behaviors etc); to do anything that would bother other people.
(18) To provide links to other websites that promotes any of the above actions or behavior.
(19) To act in any way that is deemed as inappropriate by Transmart.
