What should I do if the attachment file is too big?

Even though it is possible to estimate the size of the original file and the size of the translated file at TRANSMART, the limit for all attachment is set at 32 MB.
Generally speaking, the size of the translated file should be about the same as the original file. Thus, if the original file exceeds our limit, please divide the files into smaller pieces, and place separate orders for them. However, if the file is way too big to be divided, please contact us directly and we will come up with a way to ensure your order can be placed in a suitable and smooth manner.
