What should I do if the PIC for the order has changed to another person?

At TRANSMART, the email address you’ve registered is used not only for logging in, but also for various notification purposes after you have placed an order with us. Your PIC (person-in-charge) is also the point of contact with TRANSMART’s Administration Office for matters relating to invoices, payments etc.

If the PIC for your order has changed, please complete the following procedures as soon as possible:

1. Go to “Account Information” > “Log-in Information”, and change the email address accordingly.
2. Go to “Account Information” > “Client Information”, and update the information of the new PIC.
