You can place your order through text input or by uploading the file.
The types of files that may be uploaded are as follows (extension are written inside the bracket):
– Plain text (.txt)
– MS Word (.doc)
– Excel (.xlsx)
– Power Point (.pptx)
– PDF (.pdf) *only for users of “Concierge Plan”
The system will then automatically count the number of words in the files listed above.
Also, unless you put a remark in the Comment section, the translated work will be saved in the same file format as the original.
However, please note that current technology still lacks the capability to automatically count the number of words in the “Note” Section of Power Point files. As such, if you need the “Note” section to be translated as well, please copy & paste the text separately into another file.
