Hypothetically, the passing rate for our Registration Test is about 2% only, and all our translators have to pass the Registration Test in order to be able to apply for jobs. As such, all our translators possess the basic minimum skills required to be a professional translator.
As a client, you can also view the translator’s profile such as their basic skills and field of expertise (but none of their personal information will be displayed). Moreover, at Transmart, we use a variety of factors such as their careers, rank-up test scores and other achievements to score our translators. This enables us to match the best translator with the appropriate translation order and volume, and ensure that only high quality translations will be provided to our clients.
