What type of translators are there at Transmart?

Hypothetically, the passing rate for our Registration Test is about 2% only, and all our translators have to pass the Registration Test in order to be able to apply for jobs. As such, all our translators possess the basic minimum skills required to be a professional translator. As a client, you can also view the translator’s profile such as their basic skills and field of expertise (but none of their personal information will be displayed). Moreover, at Transmart, we use a variety of factors such as their careers, rank-up test scores and other achievements to score our translators. This enables us to match the best translator with the appropriate translation order and volume, and ensure that only high quality translations will be provided to our clients.

Can I contact the translator directly?

Exchanging personal contact information or contacting the translator directly is a violation of our agreement. After you have registered with us, you can use the Messaging Function to contact our translators. Click on “Message BOX” at the top of the page to send a message to the translator you want to contact.

Is it ok for translators and clients to exchange personal email address or telephone numbers?

At Transmart, we strictly prohibit the exchange of personal contact information. Please see our Terms of Service for other prohibitions such as “Duplicate Registration”. Prohibitions All users of our service are prohibited to do any of the following actions: (1) To infringe or do anything that might infringe the copyright or trademark rights of intellectual properties belonging to Transmart, other users or any third party. (2) To divulge personal information such as name, address, telephone number, email address etc to a third party (3) To register multiple email addresses and/or have duplicate member registrations under the same user. (4) To help a member whose membership has been revoked register as a member again. (5) To discriminate, slander or defame the name and/or reputation of other users or third parties. (8) To send malicious Computer Programs or act in a way that allows others to receive them. What should I do if the PIC for the order has changed to another person?

At TRANSMART, the email address you’ve registered is used not only for logging in, but also for various notification purposes after you have placed an order with us. Your PIC (person-in-charge) is also the point of contact with TRANSMART’s Administration Office for matters relating to invoices, payments etc. If the PIC for your order has changed, please complete the following procedures as soon as possible: 1. Go to “Account Information” > “Log-in Information”, and change the email address accordingly. 2. Go to “Account Information” > “Client Information”, and update the information of the new PIC.

What should I do if I forgot my password?

If you forgot your password, you can reset your password by clicking on the “Did you forget your password?” button on the Log-in Page. If you forgot the email address you use to log in, please use the inquiry form to contact us. Please be informed that when that happens, we will need to verify the name of your company, the name of the PIC as well as your company’s telephone number. Also, please note that we are incapable of telling you your password even if you contact us directly.
